Returns and Exchanges

My return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

Customized or personalized orders are exempt from being returned.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping 

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Pieces that are in stock will be shipped 1-3 days after purchase. 

Custom pieces will be given a turnaround time estimate when it is purchased.

United States Shipping is figured at checkout.

International Shipping: Standard shipping is approximately $15


Sterling Silver Care

I recommend removing all jewelry before showering, bathing, swimming, cleaning or doing any activities that might allow you to hit or scratch the pieces on any objects. Please take care when spraying perfumes, applying lotion, or using any other hygiene products near your jewelry.

To care for your sterling silver jewelry, clean in soapy water with a soft bristled brush, dry thoroughly, and polish with a jewelry polishing cloth (I prefer Sunshine Polishing Cloths).

These metals will naturally patina over time. This is completely normal and natural.  To maintain shine, buff with polishing cloth regularly. 

Copper Care

All copper pieces are coated with Protecta Clear, which protects it from tarnish and interacting with skin oils. Over time, the oils from your skin will wear this coating off. I can reapply this protective coating for free, just pay shipping charges. You can also apply clear fingernail polish to the inside of the piece yourself.

Custom Work

Custom work is available at a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in a custom piece, please send an email to copperheaddesigns@yahoo.com describing what you'd like. I reserve the right to refuse any request that falls outside of my area of expertise, but will be more than happy to help you the best I can. 

When I establish what you'd like for your custom piece, I can give you an estimate on turnaround time. There will be a 50% non-refundable deposit required before the piece is  started. Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom pieces, refunds are not given.
